Find out what your email is costing you.
We read your sending domain the way Google, Yahoo and Microsoft do and grade it out of a hundred. The grade is free, and takes about a minute. The report tells you exactly what to fix.
From the team behind Donor Insights and Pray Studio.

Your graded report in under five minutes.
Why this matters now
The rules changed, and most organizations have not caught up.
February 2024
Google and Yahoo set requirements for anyone sending at volume
Authentication, a working one-click unsubscribe, and a spam complaint rate under 0.3 percent. Miss them and bulk mail is filtered rather than delivered.
May 2025
Microsoft began rejecting non-compliant bulk mail outright
Not filtered to a junk folder. Refused at the door. Every donor on outlook.com, hotmail.com or live.com stops receiving your appeals and your receipts, and no bounce report a fundraiser reads will tell you.
None of this shows up in your open rate, because mail that was refused was never opened and never counted.
What you get
A graded report you can hand to your board.
A letter grade, every finding ranked by what it is costing you, and the exact command behind each one. The card below is produced by the same engine that will audit you, run against a fictional church.

What to fix, in order
- P0Raise the policy on your bulk sending subdomain
- P1Sign the senders you already authorize
- P2Move SPF from softfail to hard fail

Inside the report
Your score, and how much of it we could actually measure
Four categories out of one hundred points. If a lookup does not complete we say so and take it out of the total rather than scoring it against you.
What to fix, in order
Ranked P0 to P3 by what each one is costing you right now, in plain language, with the change to make.
Who is sending as you
Every platform authorized to send on your domain, reconstructed from public records, and which of them are not signing their mail.
The exact evidence
The literal command behind every finding and what it returned, so your IT provider can verify any of it in seconds.
What we could not check
Named plainly. Some things live inside your sending platform and cannot be seen from outside, and we would rather say so than guess.
A plain-language glossary
Every term explained through its post office equivalent, so the report reads for someone who does not run mail servers.
How we score
An honest denominator.
Most tools grade you out of a hundred whether or not they could read all hundred points. A lookup that does not complete is our failure to measure, not your failure to comply, and scoring it against you would be a lie that happens to sell better.
Only what we actually measured
A check we could not complete is named and taken out of the total, so your score is out of the points we could genuinely assess rather than out of an assumption.
The command behind every finding
Each one prints the exact query we ran and what it came back with. Your IT provider can run any of them and get the same answer, or tell us we are wrong.
A reading of today is a reading of today. Staff turn over, a vendor gets added, a policy quietly reverts, so the report is dated on its face and worth running again after any change to your sending setup.
How it works
About a minute, and nothing to install.
- 1
Tell us your domain
Four fields, no card. No account to create, no call with anyone, no software.
- 2
We read your public records
Your MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and more, plus blocklist checks against the addresses behind them, the same way a mailbox provider does when deciding whether to trust you.
- 3
Your grade, then your report
The score and the category breakdown are free and on screen in seconds. Unlock the findings for $49.99 and the PDF downloads straight away.
What we check
Every check, named.
Not a category list. These are the actual checks the engine runs, pulled from the scorer itself, so this page cannot claim more than the product does.
What we check (15)
- SPF record published
- SPF ends in a hard fail
- SPF within the ten-lookup limit
- Exactly one SPF record
- DKIM signing with a current key
- DMARC record published
- DMARC enforced on every sending stream
- DMARC reporting turned on
- No subdomain weakens the root policy
- Sending addresses not on a mail blocklist
- MX records published
- MTA-STS published
- TLS reporting published
- BIMI logo record published
- Bulk-sender requirements
Each one is read from public records at the time of your audit, and the report prints the exact command behind it.
What we cannot check from outside
- One-click unsubscribe header on bulk mail
- Spam complaint rate below 0.3 percent
- Forward-confirmed reverse DNS on sending IPs
These live inside your sending platform. No outside tool can see them, and we would rather list them than quietly imply we cover them.
Pricing
One audit. One domain. One price.
A list of ten thousand addresses carries about $24,000 a year of giving. Roughly $4,320 of it sits in Microsoft mailboxes, the ones now refusing non-compliant mail outright.
The full report is $49.99, once.
M+R Benchmarks 2026, at $2.40 raised per subscriber per year, against the 18 percent of mailboxes most exposed to rejection. Your report runs this on your own list size.

Questions, answered
Do you need access to our email system?
No. Everything in the report is read from public DNS records, the same information any mailbox provider reads before deciding whether to trust your mail. Nothing is installed and no credentials are requested.
How do we know the findings are right?
The report prints the exact command behind every finding and what it returned. Your IT provider can run any of them and get the same answer. Where a lookup did not complete we say so, rather than treating silence as a pass.
What exactly am I paying for?
One audit of one domain, and the full report as a PDF you download the moment the payment clears. $49.99, once. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and there is no account to close.
Will this tell us our open rate?
No, and nobody outside your sending platform can. Open rate, click rate and complaint rate live inside your platform. The report names them as things it cannot see instead of estimating them.
What if our email is already fine?
Then you will have a graded report saying so, with the evidence, which is worth having the next time somebody asks. Records also change without anyone deciding to change them. A vendor gets added, a staff member leaves, a policy reverts, and none of it announces itself, so a dated reading is worth keeping.
What happens to our details?
We store them so we can run your audit and send your report, and if you tick the optional box we add your address to the Donor Insights newsletter, which is marketing email from Donor Insights, a Pray.com company. The box starts unticked, it arrives most mornings, and you can unsubscribe from any message. This site does run the Meta advertising pixel, and your email is shared with Meta in hashed form so it can match you to an account it already has. The privacy page lists exactly what is sent and what is not.
Your appeals are only worth what arrives.
